Delete your BapsangLog account

You can delete your account right in the app. If you can't use the app, ask us by email. Nonscale Co., Ltd. runs BapsangLog.

Delete it in the app

1. Tap the "MY" tab at the bottom.
2. Tap ☰ at the top right to open "Settings".
3. Tap the "Delete account" button at the bottom.
4. Confirm twice. Tapping "Delete account" deletes the account right away.

If you signed up with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more. Confirming also disconnects Sign in with Apple.

Ask without the app

If you've removed the app or can't open it, email the address below. We delete the account within 10 days of receiving your request and email you the result.

Please include your nickname and the service you signed in with (Kakao, Naver, Google or Apple). BapsangLog doesn't collect email addresses, so these two are how we find your account. We may ask a few more questions to confirm it's you.

What we delete

• Nickname
• Profile photo
• Sign-in ID — the member number Kakao, Naver, Google or Apple gave us

What stays

• Your ratings — only in the statistics, in a form that can't be traced back to you. Not even we can restore that link.
• Access logs — kept for 3 months as Korea's Protection of Communications Secrets Act requires, then deleted.

This can't be undone

Deleting your account can't be cancelled. Signing up again with the same social account creates a new account, and your earlier ratings won't come back.
